My netflix account is under a different email than my xbox Should work the same as the app on the 360 and other devices Netflix has their app. The app will ask for your Netflix sign-in info on first launch and should have options to change the account. If you had a 360 you credentials saved for the 360 may transfer over. If that is not the account you want you should be able to change it.
