In my Mail Preferences under 'Accounts' in my iCloud account pane I see it's created an outgoing server simply called 'iCloud (iCloud)' and the box marked 'Use only this server' is ticked. In the 'Advanced' pane there's nothing in the 'IMAP Path Prefix' box, the Port is 993, 'Use SSL' is ticked and Authentication is 'Apple Token'.
