I tried no-ip DUC software to get the ddns to update to the internet IP over the telco. but knowing the internet IP (at the time was 115.x.x.x) does not help as even if the ddns is correct, vpn still wont connect and any ping to the ddns is fail because there is no true direct connection nor ping response if you ping the ip (115.x.x.x).
