I had a tech at my apartment every day last week, and they finally ran a whole new line from the outside drop box to the inlet, and then a 3 way splitter 5-1000MHz with the 3.5dB leg to the cable modem, and one 7.5dB leg to each TV.

I would get a DSN notice saying that I was not connected, but when I check the connection I get a message saying that there is not a problem with the internet connection or it will say contact your ISP
