Re: Sky Q not Downloading Catch Up Options on 05-11-2016 08:37 PM I phoned them. We tried all the usual rebooting etc and didn't but help. I then got told to go to recordings- deleted- then delete everything in there. Had to do it one by one and took ages but it then started working! Select each recording and then delete forever. also NOW TV BOX (BLACK). Demand 5 on both now tv boxes does not work. I assume as have done a reset it's a fault with now TV as logged onto Demand 5 with laptop and it works fine. Can now tv please investigate and fix as was working last week. Also see from sight that it's affected other custome If you notice that your Sky TV is not working on certain subscription-based TV services like Sky Sports or Sky Movies for example but working fine on the main terrestrial free to air services like BBC, ITV,Channel 4 and 5 for example.
